What you will do:
You will be driving tech-enabled transformations, globally. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and adoption of financial products focused on banking and treasury management. You will drive scalability, effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will support multiple eBanking portals, act as the system administrator for the Kyriba Treasury workstation, SAP S/4 Hana Electronic Bank Statements, and be a thought partner on process improvements and further system integration efforts.
You will lead SAP S/4 Hana Electronic Bank Statement processing, automatic clearing of AR and AP sub-accounts, and the reprocess bank statements app, support the FinTech data team on House Bank, House Bank Account, and Bank Key master data governance, resolve MT940 and BAI variance issues via cross collaboration with partner banks, seek opportunities for process automation leveraging SAP Business Process Automation tool. In addition to that you will educate internal stakeholders of the importance of "Fit-To-Standard" and maintain tight internal controls on customization.
You’ll work out of Gurugram or Chennai locations in India as part of our global Fin Tech Services team that supports the firm’s finance technology ecosystem with product leadership, operational support and data stewardship for all finance core functions via a broad range of talent and services that enable continuous finance transformation.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Treasury team, Information Technology, FinTech team, and accounting function to maintain the Kyriba treasury workstation and its integrations.

Your background:
Bachelor’s degree/Graduate degree preferably Finance or Information Systems with an outstanding academic record
Strong product expertise in SAP Treasury Management (S/4 2020 release including Electronic Bank Statement processing) is a must
SAP Business Process Automation experience, a plus
12+ years of digital transformation experience in a professional services sector using ERPs and homegrown products
Experience working for a global team and vendors located in the US
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all management levels
Ability to work independently and in a virtual team setting
Strong product and program management expertise
Strong practical knowledge of design thinking and agile methodologies e.g., Scrum
Excellent skills in Microsoft office e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access queries; SAP S/4 Hana
