About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Slack is where work happens — and right now, it’s the fastest-growing cloud at Salesforce. Companies run their entire operating rhythm through Slack, and Slack AI and agents are about to change how work gets done all over again.

This is a true two-in-a-box role: you bring deep Slack expertise, and core Account Executives bring the relationship and account context where one already exists. Together you build the strategy, run the deal, and close it — and where there’s no existing account, you’re out hunting on your own, bringing brand-new customers into the Salesforce family through Slack.

If you want to sell the fastest-growing product at the fastest-growing company in enterprise software — this is your seat!

What You'll Actually Be Doing
• Partnering with core Account Executives — co-owning strategy on shared accounts and trading knowledge both ways, sharpening them on Slack qualification while they open doors and share account history with you.
• Hunting and closing net-new logos independently — prospecting, qualifying, and running full-cycle deals (discovery, demo, negotiate, close) — while finding and expanding whitespace across the existing customer base.
• Digging into real workflow problems — where information gets lost, where approvals stall, where teams drown in tools — and showing how Slack, including Slack AI and agents, fixes them while knocking down adoption barriers like champions leaving, security concerns, and “we already pay for collaboration” objections.
• Carrying and crushing your own number, on both new-logo and install-base motion.

You're Our Person If...
• 10+ yrs of minimum work experience & experience of working with SaaS, Hyper scalers or with a Technology background.
• You’ve carried quota before, including new-business hunting, and you’re just as fired up cold-opening a net-new account as joining a warm one.
• You’re endlessly curious about how the product work, love being the product expert in the room even in front of technical buyers, and have real stories of turning a skeptical, stalled customer into a raving champion.
• You build real two-way partnerships with core AEs — give and take, never just asking for access.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
