Position Title: Horeca Consultant Bandung Location : Depo Bandung Important Note Earlier this year (March 2026), Unilever announced an agreement to separate our Foods business. Our Foods business, including brands such as Hellmann's and Knorr, will join forces with McCormick to become a global flavour leader, with leading positions across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by a strong retail and foodservice platform. The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027. About the Role The Nature of the Job is “Speciality Food Sales”. The candidate will work in HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers) and meet target customer group like Chefs, Purchase Managers, Owners etc) every day, explore the territory and grow the existing business as per given guidelines. Key Responsibilities Develop the Horeca channel focusing on the hotels/cafe/restaurants sector for sales & business development for UFS products. Drive new customer acquisition and maximized product penetration. Customer engagement and relationship building. Demand creation through simple cooking. As Food Solutions representatives to provide Horeca business solutions. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years proven experience in field sales, strong track record in the Horeca/Foodservice industry would be prioritized. Minimum bachelor degree education. High passion on culinary business; able to do simple cooking & product applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide customized solutions. Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with a strong sale drive. Willing to be placed across Indonesia and to travel as needed. Preferably fluent in English.
