What you will do:
You will develop and lead the product’s digital transformation strategy, identifying opportunities to streamline and improving and automating finance processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to design and implement payroll process improvements. You will provide expert-level technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams; help define and communicate the technical vision, strategy, and best practices.
You will develop and implement strategies to automate and digitize finance processes. You will be a crucial contributor to to tackle complex technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions and strategies. You will troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
You will provide solutions with Shift left security mindset using DevSecOps methodology. You will be involved in implement system enhancements, upgrades, and patches as required.
You will lead change management initiatives related to finance process improvements.
As part of this group, you’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy. You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm. You’ll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help in deliver breakthrough products, experiences and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering all technology solutions for the firm’s internal use. You will take cloud-first approach to develop digital solutions across the firm.
You will shape and accelerate the delivery of service-based solutions on ServiceNow platform. You will build our solutions on the platform that enhances our capability to build great service-based products. You’ll be a member of a team in one of our global technology hubs in Gurugram.

Your background:
10+ years of IT experience with bachelor's/master's degree from college/university in technology related field
Experience in developing complex solutions over the cloud platforms (AWS/SAP)
Hands-on experience in Integrating using ETL tools (Glue/ CPI)
Strong understanding of architecture and engineering best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience leading and mentoring teams
Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communications skills
Passionate about technology and excited about the emerging/disruptive technologies
