Job Brief: Parle Agro Private Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage human resource functions across multiple locations within the region. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the food production industry, capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational growth and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring that all HR practices support the company’s commitment to quality and innovation in the food production sector. Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional HR strategies that align with Parle Agro’s business goals and operational needs. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple sites. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. Oversee performance management systems to ensure consistent evaluation, feedback, and development plans for employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all regional locations, conducting regular audits and training sessions. Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention, motivation, and productivity within the workforce. Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs tailored to the food production industry. Monitor HR metrics and prepare detailed reports to inform leadership decisions and improve HR processes. Lead change management efforts during organizational restructuring or process improvements to minimize disruption and maintain morale. Manage regional HR budgets and vendor relationships to optimize resource allocation and service delivery. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role within the food production or FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices specific to the Indian food production sector. Proven track record in managing multi-location HR operations and leading cross-functional teams. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is highly desirable.
