About the role
Drive architecture, engineering principles, scalability, reliability, security, and long-term platform health. Provide technical leadership across full-stack systems, including customer experiences, backend services, platform components, and infrastructure dependencies. Influence engineering direction across multiple projects and partner teams. Guide design reviews, technical tradeoffs, and implementation strategies. Shape responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and modern engineering standards. Mentor senior engineers and act as a trusted technical leader across the organization. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 10+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience. Experience leading architecture and technical design for large-scale distributed systems. Experience with full-stack engineering, platform development, or large production services. Practical experience with AI/ML technologies, generative AI, agents, or related solutions. Experience driving technical alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams. Experience building AI platforms, developer platforms, or enterprise-scale cloud services. Experience improving engineering systems, standards, and architectural practices across organizations. Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading complex cross-team initiatives.
