We are looking for an experienced program manager to join our GAITech team at our firm’s office in Hyderabad or Bengaluru. You will be responsible for program management across all sub-teams within GAITech and collaborate with various HC functions to run a GAI learning plan for the entire India firm’s staff. The GAITech team is responsible for building infrastructure and applications of Generative AI (GAI) within the firm. The team's objectives consist of identifying the most productive GAI models, providing tools for sophisticated GAI-based applications, creating initial iterations of GAI tools, and offering support for technical staff involved with GAI projects. The focus of GAITech will be on improving areas such as developer productivity, process efficiency, making DESCO data easy to use with LLMs, and promoting generative AI for BU-specific adoption. Additionally, a significant aspect of GAITech's role focuses on user education and promoting interdepartmental collaboration. The mission of GAITech is to serve as a catalyst for the research, development, and integration of GAI technologies, emphasizing user education and support for other technical teams within the organization. The team focuses on developing and integrating AI tools to enhance productivity and development. This includes AI-powered assistants for writing and coding, tools for AI infrastructure, and custom AI components. GAITech is also dedicated to simplifying GAI utilization across the firm through optimized developer tooling, easier programmatic ways to integrate LLMs, and fostering ready-to-use applications for developers. Embracing open-ended experimentation and ongoing evaluation is another critical aspect of GAITech's objectives, supporting the team's continuous quest to advance GAI models and techniques
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating user-facing projects across all sub-teams in GAITech, including project prioritization and keeping stakeholders abreast of project progress with periodic communications on timelines and progress. Another major responsibility is to work with the Talent Development team to run the GAI learning plan, with the goal of upskilling staff and creating awareness about GAI tools. Additionally, you will have product management opportunities, including gathering and prioritizing product/feature requirements and specifications, defining the product vision, and working closely with various teams.
Who we're looking for:
Basic qualifications:
A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field with 3 to 8 years of technical program management experience and at least 1 year of software development experience in any language
Exposure to GAI projects
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
Program Management related academic qualifications (e.g. MBA, PMP)
