About the role
Job Brief: Parle Agro Private Limited is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Channel Operations team. The role focuses on managing and optimizing the General Trade (GT) channel's Management Information System (MIS) to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales and distribution data, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to enhance channel performance in the competitive food production industry. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies that align with business objectives and improve market penetration . Responsibilities: Working on computer statistical systems, compiling of data and churning of MIS reports Collecting business sales figures, compiling the same on a day-to-day basis Handling primary and secondary sales data across verticals Maintain all sales employees TA/DA & process the same Maintaining & record keeping of the attendance for all sales employees Monitoring payments received & accordingly follow up for Dispatch Developing tracking systems and formats Skill: Advance Excel and PowerPoint knowledge including Macros Proficient Computer Skills SAP Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence within the FMCG or food production industry.
