Principal Associate- Design

As a Senior Manager in CAD Design (Textiles), with 5 to 15 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the Computer-Aided Design process within the textile industry. Your responsibilities will involve leading a team of CAD designers, collaborating closely with various departments, and ensuring the successful execution of design projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, production, and marketing to understand design requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Understanding on various fabrics qualities & able to identify & analyse the fabric qualities.
Use CAD software to create detailed textile designs suck as check , stripes & Dobby designs for western mens causal brands.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and design specifications throughout the design process.
Stay abreast of current trends, technologies, and best practices in CAD design to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
Proficiency in CAD software such as Textronics, Texcad & Basic knowledge of Adobe software.
Demonstrated experience in textile CAD design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing design projects from concept to execution.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
