Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, product managers, architects, developers, QA, data engineers, and admins for each program.
Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Drive structured stakeholder engagement, including steering committees, executive readouts, business reviews, and change-management updates.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to manage vendor relationships, SaaS licensing, and contracts across Sales & Marketing tools.

Understanding of Sales & Marketing and Finance processes across lead lifecycle, opportunity management, forecasting, campaign management, sales performance management, commissions, and partner programs.
Hands-on experience delivering complex programs on CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, or equivalent).
Hands-on proficiency with generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to automate project documentation, accelerate decision-making, and streamline cross-functional workflows.

Experience in high-growth technology companies working closely with global Sales, Marketing, and GTM Operations teams.
Formal program / project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Certified Scrum Master or equivalent).
