Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the design, operation, and improvement of hybrid cloud security environments.
Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and migration of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA solutions.
Assess current-state network and security architecture and design target-state Zero Trust access models.
Plan and execute migration from traditional VPN, proxy, and remote access solutions to Zscaler, including pilot, rollout, cutover, and post-migration support.
Configure and manage ZIA and ZPA policies, including URL filtering, SSL inspection, authentication, forwarding methods, application segmentation, connector deployment, and access controls.
Integrate Zscaler with enterprise identity and security tools, troubleshoot deployment issues, and create technical documentation for operational handover.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Qualifications
Required:
6-9 years of experience implementing and migrating Zscaler ZIA and ZPA in enterprise environments
Experience with Zero Trust Network Access, secure web gateways, and remote access transformation
Experience with routing and switching technologies, Domain Name System, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, firewall policies, and authentication protocols
Experience configuring ZIA security policies, including URL filtering, SSL inspection, authentication, forwarding methods, and access controls
Experience configuring ZPA application segmentation, connector deployment, access policies, and user-to-application connectivity
Experience integrating Zscaler with identity providers and security tools, including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Security Assertion Markup Language, System for Cross-domain Identity Management, security information and event management, endpoint detection and response, and cloud access security broker platforms
Experience creating architecture diagrams, runbooks, migration plans, and operational handover materials
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or another technical field
Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator certification
Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional certification in ZIA
Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional certification in ZPA
Zscaler Certified Cloud Specialist certification
