You will collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to understand functional requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:
Leading the technical design, setup, and integration of Ping Identity solutions across cloud and on-premises client environments
Installing, upgrading, and configuring PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingOne products in clustered environments
Gathering business and technical requirements from client stakeholders and translating them into scalable identity and access management solution designs
Planning and executing integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting advanced integration issues with internal and vendor support teams
Creating technical, architectural, administrator, and end-user documentation to support deployment, maintenance, and adoption
Supporting compliance with client security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the deployment lifecycle

Deloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:
Managing Identity Lifecycle
Security Operations
Threat Intelligence
Application Security
Business Transformation
Continuous Compliance.
Location:
Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings:
24x7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage; on-call support based on project assignment
Qualifications
Required:
6-9 years of experience with at least 2 Ping products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, or PingOne
Experience architecting and deploying Ping Identity solutions that support authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and policy enforcement
Experience configuring single sign-on (SSO) and federation integrations using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Experience deploying and upgrading PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, or PingDirectory in customer environments, including migrations and clustering for high availability
Experience configuring Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) connections, including Active Directory or OpenLDAP, for authentication and directory lookups
Experience customizing authentication policies, adapters, token mapping rules, and workflows within Ping Identity products
Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
Ping Identity certification
Experience with certificate management and secure key handling
Experience integrating with Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, or cloud directories
Experience with Java, JavaScript, HyperText Markup Language (HTML), or Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting for deployment automation
Experience with user provisioning or System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) integrations in PingOne or PingFederate
