We’re hiring a technical program manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. As a TPM on our public sector delivery team, you will own or support a customer account plan, triage customer technical issues, use data and analytics to align internal resources around Scale’s hardest problems, and drive workflows underpinning the reliability of solutions that add direct value to Scale’s Public Sector customers. This role is ideal for someone who blends program leadership, customer relationship building, technical fluency, and contract awareness — and who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous, and mission-driven environments.

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position and may be inclusive of several career levels at Scale; it will be determined during the interview process based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
