About the role
Oversee PO
and coordinate with SC team for inventory fulfillment for select roster of FC End to end
Fill rate management, stock management, and customer appointments. Cross
function coordination : Supply chain, CFA, Customers, NKAMs, RKAMs, BDMs. Establish a
strong understanding of the detailed process and end-to-end contributors
required to bring project to life and through execution Monitor
inventory levels to ensure the product is arriving and orders are being
fulfilled in a timely manner, consistent with communicated customer timelines Work
cross-functionally to drive integration between Customer Service, Act
Management, and Order Management teams, with the aim to deliver on overall
Fillrate goals Cultivate a
proficient understanding of the platforms order Fulfillment Process. Work closely
with partners, including warehouses/Depots/Plants/Production/Logistics, to
streamline communication and drive process and quality Serve as an
advocate for consumer experience via maintaining fill rates. Proactively
identify operational problems, Order Management-related issues, changes,
variances and contingencies that may arise; facilitate problem resolution with
appropriate parties
