This turns out to be a pretty wild endeavor, so we’re looking to bring someone sharp onto our Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) team to help us out. We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Senior Risk Investigator to join our team.
In this role, you will support strategic initiatives that strengthen ODD’s KYC risk program and controls while ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. You will help enhance existing operational workflows and develop new KYC/EDD controls to support upcoming product launches and processes.
Additionally, you will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to evolve Mercury’s KYC program by implementing automation, introducing new controls, and building scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency while minimizing customer friction. This role reports directly to the ODD KYC Lead and is supported by a highly collaborative and experienced Risk team.
