Job Summary
The Global E-Invoicing Business Analyst – IC3 will support the design, implementation, and rollout of e-invoicing and e-reporting capabilities across multiple countries.
This role serves as a bridge between country-specific regulatory requirements and the teams responsible for delivering scalable global solutions, including Tax, Finance, IT, Legal/Compliance, local teams, and external e-invoicing service providers.
The Business Analyst will take end-to-end ownership of assigned country requirements—from regulatory discovery and requirements definition through data mapping, testing, go-live, and stabilization—while promoting reuse of global standards and solution components.

• Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear functional and system requirements, documenting assumptions, decisions, gaps, dependencies, and required outcomes.
• Map e-invoice requirements to ERP, billing, tax, customer, vendor, and other relevant source-system data; identify gaps and coordinate their resolution.
• Partner with Tax, Finance, Legal/Compliance, IT, local teams, and external service providers to support solution design, integration, and implementation.
• Coordinate end-to-end country rollout activities spanning discovery, design, mapping, testing, readiness assessment, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop and support test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), invoice-data validation, defect resolution, and end-to-end testing across standard and exception scenarios.
• Track implementation milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and open issues; provide timely stakeholder updates and escalate blockers appropriately.
• Maintain standardized implementation documentation and promote reuse of global requirements, templates, mappings, and solution components while accommodating legitimate country-specific requirements.
