Systems is a global team that designs, builds, and manages the firm’s technical infrastructure, including desktops, software applications, communications platforms, conferencing tools, network connections, and internal platforms that power developer productivity and user efficiency. We are seeking an experienced Product/Program Manager to join our Systems Program team based in the firm’s office in Hyderabad to partner with engineering teams across multiple focus areas, including firmwide applications, internal automation, platform infrastructure, and emerging AI-driven capabilities. You will work closely with engineering teams across internal platforms, developer tooling, infrastructure services, firmwide applications, automation, and AI-driven capabilities to deliver scalable solutions that improve reliability, developer experience, and operational efficiency. You will own the product/program lifecycle from discovery, requirements gathering, and user research to delivery, testing, rollout, and adoption, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs. You will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to manage dependencies, resolve risks, and drive seamless execution across interconnected systems. You will apply product management practices such as design thinking, experimentation, user interviews, and A/B testing, while leading Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, feature grooming, and release coordination. You will track progress, risks, and impact for stakeholders and leadership, maintain robust documentation and governance, and identify opportunities to reduce operational overhead through automation, self-service capabilities, and the integration of emerging technologies such as generative AI.
