This role supports the award-winning Student Recruitment team, primarily through the administration of the end-to-end recruitment process and provide exceptional candidate experience. The Coordinator role plays a key part in a team that is dedicated to ensuring KPMG’s undergraduate, graduate and apprenticeship recruitment process is leading within its industry. This Coordinator role will have a specific focus on administrative operational activity.
•
Management of centralised inboxes on a daily basis.
•
Delivering a positive candidate journey by responding daily to telephone (webagent) and inbox enquiries in line with SLAs
•
Process candidate expense payments, achieving high levels of accuracy and timely delivery against SLA commitments.
•
Provide operational support to KPMG Launch Pad; from candidate eligibility verification, event attendance management, score inputting and checking.
•
Frequent administration tasks to support the team e.g. booking event space, processing data, updating presentations, confirming volunteers, sending calendar invitations.
•
Assist with the administration activities leading up to our work experience programmes, including candidate eligibility screening and processing.
•
Support officers with external partnership relationships in an administrative capacity
•
Raise cost requisitions on coupa
•
Coordinators will work on ad hoc projects as part of their role. These include, but are not limited to diversity and inclusion initiatives, external partnerships and campus sponsorships.
Skills required
•
A keen interest in student recruitment and creating a positive candidate experience.
•
An understanding of the student recruitment cycle and a knowledge of the marketplace.
•
Excellent organisation and time management skills, being able to independently manage their own workload and responsibilities whilst recognising when to escalate concerns.
•
Strong IT skills, notably Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
•
Ability to produce high-quality work, paying close attention to detail.
•
Team player with a willingness to support others when their workload is reaching capacity.
•
Ability to demonstrate empathy and strong communication skills.
•
Drive and commitment to improving diversity and inclusion within professional services.
•
Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment, being able to adapt to change quickly and positively.
•
