Designation Senior Executive – Finance Function Business Finance Location Nashik Reporting To Manager - Operations Finance Job Description What are the Key Deliverables in this role? Financial Outcomes Financial Planning/Accounting : Responsible for planning Manufacturing, 3p Operations related costs for Capital Foods -  Wet lines. Ensure accuracy of billing. Rate revisions, onboarding new 3 ps. Ensuring slab optimization. Supporting monthly accounts closing & reporting of the units. Ensuring capitalization on time. Actionable Reporting Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, key business drivers and analyze key financial metrics in the areas of yield, EGA, PSV. Ad-Hoc reporting, analytics for bringing efficiencies in manufacturing operations. Cost Savings/Efficiencies : Work closely with the departmental Heads in analyzing & identifying avenues for Cost optimization thereby enabling effective decision making. OC deliverables. Customer Service Business Partnering & Cost Optimization: Partnering with payables team & ensuring payables are paid on time as per PO terms. Continuous improvement and optimization of processes and performance to enable TCPL internal and external customers to achieve higher quality, lower cost, and improve efficiency, leading to increased stakeholder satisfaction. Work closely with the Departmental Heads providing Finance perspectives enabling effective decision making. Support development of financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives Internal Processes Financial Control & Compliance : To exercise financial controls in the areas of manufacturing, inventory. Able to appreciate the risks associated with these and implement a mitigation plan thereof. Periodic Physical verification of Inventory & FA. Innovation and Learning Continuous Improvement : Driving the digital initiatives for the PSO & PSO Finance function. Supports continuous improvement in organizational effectiveness and business performance by challenging the status quo and leading change. What are the Critical success factors for the Role ? Cost Accountant/CA Inter with 3-4 yrs exp or Post graduate in Commerce/MBA Finance with 5 yrs relevant exp Experience of plant accounting/costing is preferred Strong analytical ability and interpersonal skills Hands on experience in SAP Hana. What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ? Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the category's financial performance.
