High cost due to prevent of high risk diseases.
Absenteeism due to sick leave also a major concern area

KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) | Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 | ROUTINE ACTIVITES | Preventive health check up. Pre-employment health check up. Pre-retirement health check-up. Curative health check-up. Health education / counseling o employees, contract workmen, communities around.
KRA2 | ISO AND OHSAS SYSTEM UPKEEP | To ensure updated medical records of employees..
KRA3 | SAFETY | To suggest action plan for removal of unhealthy / unhygienic conditions in the plant.
KRA4 | WCM ACTIVITY | To enrich the units health, safety & environment activities through safety, hygiene & environment subcommittee under WCM concept.
