As a
Lead Associate – Ecommerce Ads
at Myntra, you will be responsible for driving platform monetization, managing high-performing ad campaigns, and optimizing advertising performance for partner brands and sellers. You will bridge brand strategy, data analytics, and digital marketing to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), boost campaign visibility, and accelerate sales growth across Myntra’s ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
End-to-end management of e-commerce ad campaigns (Sponsored Search, Product Listing Ads/PLA, Display/PCA, Banner Media, and Event-day activations) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Account & Brand Management:
Partner closely with sellers, brand teams, and internal account managers to build customized media plans, align budgets with revenue goals, and maximize campaign ROI.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ACOS/ROAS) to deliver incremental GMV and campaign effectiveness.
Budget & Pipeline Management:
Manage ad spend budgets, forecast quarterly ad revenue targets, and track daily/weekly spend velocity against target performance KPIs.
A/B Testing & Innovation:
Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and audience targeting experiments. Test new ad formats and platform monetization features to drive innovative brand solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Growth Marketing, Product, and Tech to streamline ad operations, resolve technical issues, and improve seller ad tools.
Reporting & Insights:
Prepare detailed post-campaign performance reports, deep-dive analyses, and actionable growth insights for brand partners and senior leadership.
