Freight Tiger (3rd-Party TMS) — Product Management
• Owned the product roadmap for GPS tracking coverage on the Freight Tiger platform, scaling live coverage from 30% to 95% across 2,000+ mid-mile vehicles within 2 months by specifying integration requirements across 15+ GPS vendors and onboarding workflows for 120+ transporters
• Defined and shipped Zepto-specific product customizations on Freight Tiger — a portable-device-to-vehicle mapping feature for automated real-time tracking, and distance-based trip-closure logic that protected GPS coverage while cutting trip cost by ~₹2L/month
• Ran root-cause analysis on GPS ping gaps (idle/no-ping windows) and defined the product fix with Freight Tiger's engineering team, bringing gaps down from 20% to <1%
• Authored a PRD defining user personas (facility ops, driver, transporter, admin) and workflows to migrate vehicle/driver onboarding and transporter/facility access management from a Freight-Tiger-dependent flow to a Zepto-owned, config-driven product — cutting vehicle-type inaccuracy from 10% to 0.5%
In-house TMS — Product Ownership: Trip Scheduling & Automation
• Owned the in-house TMS product end-to-end for trip scheduling — authored BRDs defining user personas (planners, control tower, drivers, transporters) and core workflows: trip assignment, cancellation, swapping, vehicle-type change and change management, driving adoption to 85% adherence within 3 months across 50+ sites
• Defined product requirements for an App Script-based scheduling automation feature, cutting planner TAT by 90% and scaling the platform to 80,000+ trips/month across 50+ sites
• Owned the post-launch product roadmap for TMS adoption — ran a daily execution cadence with cross-functional teams (similar to agile stand-ups) to track rollout against plan, shipping transporter rate-card mapping and trip cancellation/regularization workflows, driving vendor-MIS auto-validation adherence to 90%+; validated 25 mother hubs (~₹14Cr billing, ~50% of total Linehaul billing) within 3 months

• Defined the SDK integration spec with Product & IT to embed smart-lock data into the in-house WMS, enabling real-time lock/unlock capture for trip-level monitoring and adherence

Cargo Bar/Net — Product Management (Computer Vision / Damage Detection)
• Defined the product spec (with Product & Data Science) for a two-step image-capture and detection model — a back-of-pack hard-check followed by a Cargo Bar/Net identification model — replacing manual security-guard input and lifting trip-level adherence-capture accuracy to 95%+
